Members Area – Quick User Guide
The Members Area provides secure access to Club information and functions. What you can see and change depends on your authority level.
Normal Member
You can:
- View the Member Directory and information members have chosen to share.
- View Club events and available volunteer roles.
- Volunteer for events and manage your own volunteer commitments where permitted.
- View and download available agendas and approved Club documents.
- Change your own password.
You cannot: edit Club events, manage Club documents or administer other members unless separately authorised.
Event Coordinator / Event Editor
Event Coordinator: has normal Member access plus authority for events specifically assigned to them.
- Manage the assigned event and its volunteer roles.
- View and manage volunteers and roster times.
- Monitor volunteer registrations and attendance.
Event Editor: has broader authority to create and manage events and volunteer rosters.
Event authority does not automatically provide Member Administration rights.
Document Editor
Document Editor is an additional permission that an Administrator can grant to a member. It does not replace their existing website access role.
You can:
- View and download documents in Documents & Minutes.
- Upload new Club documents.
- Edit document details.
- Delete documents when appropriate.
You cannot: administer members, manage events or edit agendas solely because you are a Document Editor.
To request access: ask a Club Administrator to enable the Document Editor checkbox in your Member Administration record.

Administrators have normal Member functions plus the highest Members Area management authority.
- Invite/add members and maintain member access.
- Assign system access roles, Document Editor permission, Club positions and responsibilities.
- Activate or deactivate member accounts.
- Create and manage events, coordinators, volunteer roles and rosters.
- Manage agendas and authorised Club information.
- Access Member Administration and other authorised management functions.
