This page is restricted to active Administrators. Invite members, assign website access, maintain club responsibilities and deactivate accounts without deleting their history.
Bring in the existing club membership list
The September 2026 agenda has been loaded into a review list. Nothing is emailed until you select members and click Invite selected. Email and phone are shared with signed-in members by default; each member can opt out.
Source check: the agenda says “Members (22)”, but provides 21 unique named people after combining the responsibility table and general-member list; Nick Bartholomew appears twice. The import therefore stages the 21 identifiable records and does not invent a missing person.

Invite a new member
The invitation email lets the member establish access to the secure website. Their email and phone are shared in the secure member directory by default; they can opt out at any time.
